1The service

FE Exam AI Prep is operated by Hangzhou Star Vision Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is an exam-preparation study tool delivered through this website and its web member center (together, “the service”). Your account carries your available plan, progress, streak, and subscription records across supported web browsers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Current Max Monthly, Max Quarterly, and Max Annual subscriptions open every released FE and PE track. One account may keep only one active subject at a time across signed-in devices; changing that subject changes the active workspace, not the subscription. Unreleased material remains unavailable until its source, machine-review, and release gates pass. Retired Pro purchases keep the discipline and benefits disclosed when they were bought but are no longer sold. FE Exam AI Prep is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When web checkout is shown, Creem securely processes that purchase. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through the processor used to buy. Retired web purchases remain associated with their original transaction channel for records and support.

2Your license & fair use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own exam preparation. A subscription is tied to the account used to buy it and is for one person.

Payment may be made by a third party, such as your employer. Paying for a subscription does not transfer it: the subscription remains personal to the individual who uses it and cannot be reassigned to another person. An employer who pays for a subscription does not receive access to the learner's study data or results.

• Don't resell access, share an account commercially, or use one account for a class or company — we may limit devices or restrict access if an account is used for improper profit.
• Don't scrape, bulk-export, or republish the question bank, solutions, formula reference, or course videos.
• Don't access the service with automated tools except the interfaces we provide.

3Accounts

On the web you create or access an account with an email link or password. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure; tell us at contact@xingshiyu.com.cn if you think someone else is using your account.

4Subscriptions & billing

• Where you buy. Subscriptions and AI-credit packs may be purchased in the FE Exam AI Prep mobile app through Apple or Google. When offered, verified account holders may also buy on this website through Creem. The selected processor collects payment details and shows the final price, taxes, and billing period before you confirm; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Auto-renewal. Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The checkout identifies the amount, currency, billing period, and taxes before you confirm. The plan renews for the same billing period until you cancel, subject to any notice and consent required by law for a price change.
• Cancel. Cancel an Apple subscription in Apple subscription settings and a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancel a Creem subscription in the Creem customer portal linked from Account / Billing. A historical Paddle purchase can still use the Paddle-hosted portal. For a retired PayPal purchase, contact us using the account email and transaction reference.
• Free trial. A newly registered member may receive one 7-day Max trial automatically after verifying the account. No card or payment method is required, no charge is made, and the trial does not renew or convert into a paid subscription. It ends automatically at the displayed time and includes 50 AI credits under the same usage and balance rules as the paid product. Trials are limited to one per person, account, normalized email, and device and are for new members only. We may decline or revoke a trial obtained through abuse, such as duplicate accounts or disposable email addresses; the plan remains available at the regular price.
• Earlier card-backed trials. A trial started under earlier card-backed terms remains governed by the renewal, cancellation, and end time disclosed when it began. New registrations do not use that checkout path.
• Refunds. Apple, Google, or Creem handles refund requests for purchases it processed, subject to its rules and mandatory consumer rights. The first completed Creem web order on an account can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. We return the purchase amount minus the payment processor's fee as disclosed at checkout; billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full. Web purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms of the original processor.
• What plans include. Max Monthly, Max Quarterly, and Max Annual differ in price, billing period, and monthly AI-credit allowance. Each opens all currently released FE and PE tracks and includes Adaptive Flashcards, exam Review Guides and Practice Workbooks, published 110-question full mocks, course videos, and study notes wherever those materials are released. Only one subject is active on the account at a time. Max eBooks remain available for 12 months after Max ends. Max Annual also includes the conditional Pass Guarantee remedy described in section 7. Retired Pro plans retain the scope and guarantee terms disclosed at purchase. The pricing page and mobile store purchase sheet describe the current benefits before you buy.

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are also subject to the applicable store agreement. Creem web purchases are additionally subject to the terms shown during Creem checkout. Retired web purchases made through Paddle remain subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5AI credits & AI features

AI credits are a consumable used only for optional live-AI features (the AI coach, on-demand explanations, and practice-session analysis). They never expire, have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The core study experience does not require them.

AI-generated answers can be wrong. The coach is a study aid, not an authority on the exam — check anything that matters against the public exam specification and your own judgment.

6Our content & how questions are made

All paid educational content sold through the service — including practice questions, answer choices, worked solutions, lesson scripts, study notes, and videos — is independently created for and owned by Hangzhou Star Vision Technology Co., Ltd. Publicly available FE topic outlines are used only to plan subject coverage.

We do not copy, adapt, paraphrase, reproduce, or resell real or recalled exam questions, NCEES practice materials or Reference Handbook pages, tables, numbering, or explanations, or third-party question banks and courses. Questions and solutions pass through internal technical, mathematical, and editorial checks before publication.

If you see anything wrong, use “Report an issue” on any question — repeated independent reports automatically suspend a question from the practice pool while it's rechecked.

Third-party software and service providers supply technical infrastructure only; they are not the source of the educational content we sell. The service's software is ours or is used under valid software licenses. Notes you write in the product are yours.

7Annual Pass Guarantee

“Pass Guarantee” is a conditional post-attempt benefit. Pro Annual provides the access extension described below. A qualifying new Max Annual purchase provides a choice, made when filing, of a full refund of that purchase price or the access extension. It does not promise that you will pass, predict an exam result, or reimburse an exam or licensing fee. Monthly plans are not eligible. Max Annual purchases made through Apple or Google are not included in the cash option at launch.

• Study requirement. Pro Annual requires 40 recorded hours of effective study time in each full UTC calendar month through the covered exam date; covered partial months are prorated. A qualifying Max Annual purchase instead requires all targets frozen in its tracker: 80% of released course videos (each video completed at 90% watched), 80% of combined released study-note and lesson-check units, 80% of the released unique-practice bank capped at 600 questions, two completed 110-question Mock exams, and 30 distinct active UTC days. Activity before enrollment is not added retroactively.
• What counts. Qualification is derived from server-recorded normal practice attempts, completed mock exams, forward course-video playback supported by elapsed time, and first completion of study notes and lesson checks. Per-action limits, deduplication, and a 12-hour UTC daily ceiling apply. Passive open-screen time, unsupported playback jumps, duplicate completions, and manipulated activity do not count.
• Covered attempt. The exam attempt must occur after your program enrollment and while the selected discipline's eligible annual plan or a prior approved extension is active. A new claim must be submitted while that access is active, unless we have already asked for supplemental documents on an open claim.
• Evidence. Submit the legal name shown on the exam record, identity evidence, and an official failed score report or diagnostic for that attempt. The names must match. Documents must be genuine and unaltered; unrelated identity-document fields may be redacted.
• Benefit. An approved extension adds three months after the later of your then-current access end or the approval time. An approved Max Annual cash claim refunds the full price paid for the bound qualifying order through its original provider and ends that order's access after provider confirmation. Creem refunds require merchant-dashboard processing; Affirm refunds adjust the associated Affirm transaction and loan. A cash refund is final and cannot also receive an extension for the same attempt.
• Review and abuse. Submission does not itself extend access. We may request more information or reject missing, mismatched, altered, duplicate, or fraudulent evidence and manipulated study records. Approved extensions are personal, non-transferable, have non-transferable. Provider processing time and any consequences of a refund to an Affirm loan are controlled by that provider.

The complete operating explanation is available on the Pass Guarantee page. We may change the program prospectively with notice, but a claim already accepted for review remains governed by the terms shown when it was submitted.

8Independence & no exam-result warranty

The service is provided for study purposes “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Readiness estimates are study signals, never predictions. The Pass Guarantee in section 7 provides only its stated conditional refund or access benefit; no plan guarantees any exam result.

Readiness indicators summarize your own practice activity only to help you plan study. They do not determine exam eligibility, admission, employment, professional licensure, or any other consequential decision, and we do not provide them to NCEES, licensing boards, schools, or employers for those purposes.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Ending or changing things

• You can stop using the service anytime and can request account deletion from Settings. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple, Google, or Creem subscription; cancel it separately through the applicable store or customer portal. Historical Paddle subscriptions remain manageable in the Paddle portal.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice where practical.
• If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date above and tell you on the website or by email before they take effect.
