Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your cancellation and refund route depends on where you purchased. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
1Web subscriptions purchased through Paddle
- Cancel anytime. Open the billing portal from your account settings or use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle purchase email.
- When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until that date and will not be charged for another renewal.
- Refund requests. Refund eligibility is assessed under mandatory consumer law and Paddle's Refund Policy. A request is not automatically approved merely because it was submitted.
Start with us at contact@xingshiyu.com.cn if the product was not delivered or a technical issue prevents access. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support for billing help, cancellation, or a refund request.
2App Store and Google Play purchases
Apple or Google controls billing for purchases made through its store. Cancel in the subscription settings for that store and submit any refund request through the store's official support flow. Store decisions and mandatory local rights apply.
3Account deletion is separate
Deleting your FE Exam AI Prep account does not cancel recurring billing. Cancel the subscription first through Paddle or the applicable app store. We keep billing and transaction records where required for tax, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.
4How to reach us
Email contact@xingshiyu.com.cn with the account email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
