We review support email on business days. Cancel Apple subscriptions in Apple settings, Google Play subscriptions in Google Play settings, and web subscriptions through the customer portal linked from Account / Billing — Creem and Paddle each have one there. For a retired PayPal order, include the account email and transaction reference so we can investigate.
