We review support email on business days. Cancel Apple subscriptions in Apple settings, Google Play subscriptions in Google Play settings, and Creem web subscriptions through the customer portal linked from Account / Billing. Historical Paddle purchases can still use their portal. For a retired PayPal order, include the account email and transaction reference so we can investigate.
